Can we use FIT SYSTEM on non YIDA shoes or boots?

We collaborate with top global brands to integrate the YIDA Fit System into our products during the development phase to achieve optimal fit and performance. Each configuration has been jointly selected and developed by us and our brand partners to ensure high-quality product performance. Can I replace the old model with the new system?

Can I change the color of my knob?

Our adaptation system provides a lifetime warranty on products equipped with this product. Therefore, we can help. The only products not covered by the warranty are helmets and medical products, as the overall safety of the product may have decreased after being affected by external forces. We suggest that you contact the helmet manufacturer or doctor for repairs.

Can you repair the system parts sewn onto the shoes?

The knob and tether are within the scope of quality warranty. Please request a free repair kit through our warranty application tool. If the sewn or welded parts are damaged, we recommend that you contact the shoe manufacturer to learn about their relevant warranty policies.
